Carpet Cleaning (HWE)
Just like hard surfaces, carpets need to be cleaned regularly, every 6 months accoring to carpet manufactures. Every day allergens, pet dander, pesticides, mold, bacteria and other pollutants are tracked into your home. By using our cleaning methods our goal is to lead you to a clean and healthy home.
8-Step Carpet Cleaning Process
Step Two: Pre-vacuum After pre-inspection our technicians will do a quick vacuum and will remove debris, wrappers, and dirt to help us focus on the more problematic stains. Removing the first layer of dust or whatever else has settled in the carpet, we are then able to be more efficient and effective during the extraction and rinse faze of our process.
Step Three: Pre-treat After our pre-vaccum we will start of by applying our pre-spray to the all areas being cleaned. Our all-natrual based cleaning products breaks down the dirt, oils, urine and other sticky smelly substances that actually attract more dust and bacteria. Once these things have been loosened from the area being cleaned, they are now ready to be rinsed and extracted using our top of the line truck-mounted carpet cleaning machine.
Step Four: Furniture Moving While allowing the pre-spray to dwell and work deep into your carpet, our technician will carefully move any items that will be cleaned underneath and place protective blocks under the furniture so your carpet can dry properly with no worries of new furniture stains.
Step Five: Hot Water Extraction and Rinse After the pre-spray has been allowed sufficient dwell time of about 15 minutes we will extract your carpet using the Hot-Water-Extraction method also known as Steam Cleaning with our high powered industrial grade truck-mounted carpet cleaning machine. Our rinse is specially formulated to leave your carpet and upholstery residue free so it stays cleaner longer and feels softer. Because of the high powered machine we are able to do a more thorough rinsing of the carpet, while getting the carpet dry faster with our truck-mounted vacuum system.
Step Six: Post Spot Treatment & Deodorizing/Sanitizing Agent After a cleaning there are sometimes spots that remain. Your technician will do everything possible to treat these spots and remove them now. In certain cases we may recommend tht a antimicrobial deodorizer/sanitizer be applied to your carpets. This will eliminate pet odors as well as any other odors caused by bacteria leaving your carpets fresh and clean.
Step Seven: Apply Carpet Protection – 3M Scotchgard (Optional) If your carpet and upholstery is in good shape we may recommend that a Scotchgard Protection be applied. This will help keep your carpets/upholstery cleaner longer by increasing vacuuming efficiency when you clean and prevent any new spots or stains from ruining your investment, and exstend the life of your carpet/upholstery.
Step Eight: Post Inspection We will do a 2nd walk-through with you through your home again to make sure all spots, stains, and traffic areas have been thoroughly cleaned. During the post-inspection we will go over the job with you and note any suggestions for the future that will help improve your carpet’s life and cleanliness as well as answer any questions you might have once the job has been completed.
